Upgraded Indomie Mi Goreng – How to Make Instant Noodles Better

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pack Indomie Mi Goreng Instant Noodles
  • 1 Garlic clove minced
  • 1-2 Green onions chopped
  • 100 g Chicken 3.5 oz (about ½ cup) chicken, sliced
  • 1 Fried egg
  • 1 tbsp Oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Ingredients – Chop green onions, mince garlic, and slice chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Cook the Chicken – Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, cook the chicken until golden brown, then remove and set aside.
  • Sauté Garlic & Green Onions – In the same pan, sauté minced garlic and green onions until fragrant.
  • Cook Noodles – Boil Indomie noodles for about 3 minutes, then drain (do not rinse).
  • Combine Everything – Return the chicken to the pan, add the cooked noodles, and mix in all Indomie seasoning packets. Stir until evenly coated.
  • Fry an Egg – In a separate pan, fry an egg until crispy around the edges.
  • Serve – Plate the noodles, top with the fried egg, and add extra chili sauce or sweet soy sauce if desired.
